• Fire retardant, high density urethane insulation rated at 38-42kg/m³ with fibreglass skins to European standards (Not only does this material offer a greater insulation property for refrigeration purposes, it is also exceptionally strong with a resilient and very durable external finish for the longevity of the pantec. These panels feature an attractive high gloss fiberglass surface finish that is easy to maintain for years to come by a simple wash.)
• All doors made with superior thermal break construction and a unique dual-gasket system that almost completely eliminates cold-tracking.
• All door hardware is stainless steel including hinges, camlocks, safety grab handles & door stays.
• All rear door opening channels constructed of polished 2.6mm stainless steel.
• A metal inlay is inserted behind the fibreglass skin of the wall, roof and door panels. This provides an extra strength fixing point for interior & exterior angles, as well as hinges, camlocks & cargo track.
• Heavy duty clear anodised aluminium external angles & side skirts (For low maintenance cleaning)
• High tensile grade, forklift rated, aluminium air-flow flooring on pallet trucks.
• Heavy duty recessed stainless steel camlocks on all personnel doors. (Not just pallet trucks)
